We want our members to be able to take full advantage of their Signature membership as soon as possible and we start training immediately with a full in-office training as well as webinar based training for the management team and travel consultants.
One-day educational events offered annually featuring preferred partners and destinations and focus on product, tools and services available to assist consultants in their sales efforts.
Signature offers both live and online training webinars from our training department as well as directly from our preferred suppliers. We offer recurring monthly webinars covering new topics and Signature tools as well as new introductions from our suppliers. Our preferred suppliers continually partner with us to bring product updates and relevant information to our members on a timely basis.
The Signature Travel Expert certification course is a core training program designed to provide consultants with the knowledge and skills necessary to fully leverage Signature’s unique benefits. The program was designed for experienced consultants as well as new to the industry consultants and IC’s. Consultants must complete fifteen training modules and pass certification testing.
The network’s online learning portal offering members a vast array of resources for professional development for experienced travel consultants, independent consultants, owners, managers as well as those new to the industry. Resources include video based online courses, pre-recorded webinars, how-to-guides for Signature tools as well as video tutorials.
Exclusive preferred supplier familiarization trips called Signature Educational Journeys provide members with the opportunity to enrich their destination knowledge while building relationships with suppliers and hoteliers.
The Sales Meeting annually in November/December brings together over 2,000 Signature consultants, managers, owners and suppliers. Offering the opportunity to network and share best practices while participating in educational sessions and networking events.
